Online Classes
Begin Bright locations may offer online classes using the external applications Zoom or Microsoft Teams. We accept no liability for loss or damage arising out of or in connection to your use of these sites. Parental supervision of children whilst participating in online classes is required at all times. Please check with your centre for additional terms and conditions that may apply in relation to the delivery of online classes.
Free trial class
Free trial classes are only available for 2 – 3 years, 3 – 4 years, 4 – 5 years and 5 – 6 years programs. Free trial classes are subject to availability. Customers are only allowed one free trial class per child. Free trial class policies may vary between individual locations. Please contact your nearest location for full details of their terms and conditions.
Timetable changes
All timetables are subject to change. Begin Bright centres are independent franchised centres and licensees of Begin Bright programmes and are responsible for setting their own timetables. Begin Bright makes no guarantees as to class availability. All changes in timetables will be communicated from the individual location responsible.
Cancellation policy
By enrolling in our classes you are committing to the programme for the remaining term. All refunds are in line with Australian and New Zealand Consumer Laws and cancellations policies may vary between individual locations. Please contact your nearest location for full details of their terms and conditions.
Make-up classes
Begin Bright cannot guarantee availability in classes. Any make-up classes offered will be by the individual locations as per their terms and conditions. Any enquiries regarding this should be directed to them.
Fee Payment
Payment options will vary between locations please contact your nearest location for more information on their payment options.
Payment for purchases from our online store include;
• Paypal (from the 26th September 2018 payments via Paypal are subject to a 2.6% surcharge)
Our website is secured using GeoTrust SSL certificates to enable server security.
Begin Bright do not hold or have any access to any credit card information.
Photography, Video and Promotional Consent
Photographs and video may be used by Begin Bright in promotional material unless we have been advised otherwise during the enrolment process.
By agreeing to this you authorise Begin Bright and its parent organisation, Cognition Education, to permit the use and display of photographs and video of the above named in any publication, multimedia production, display, advertisement, on social media or on the worldwide web.
You also agree that Begin Bright and Cognition Education may use the name, likeness or biographical information supplied by the undersigned.
You also release and forever discharge Begin Bright and Cognition Education from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs/images, including but not limited to, any claims for privacy, for the invasion of privacy or defamation.
These permissions can be changed or withdrawn at any time by notifying marketing@beginbright.com.au or your centre.
